01Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, opting into, or accessing the AI Jumpstart Toolkit ("the Toolkit"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not opt in or access the Toolkit.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant," "you," or "your") and Twister Hub LLC, doing business as Twister Hub AI ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of South Dakota.

02Description

The AI Jumpstart Toolkit is a free, on-demand educational resource provided by Twister Hub LLC in partnership with Quponing, designed for small-business owners who are Quponing members. Upon opt-in, you receive immediate access to the following:

• A guided web walkthrough including an AI Savings Calculator, curated free AI tools, and 6 copy-paste prompts
• Use-case descriptions and "why this works" notes for each prompt
• Optional follow-up emails introducing related Twister Hub AI products

Access is delivered digitally via a hosted resource page. No physical materials are provided. Materials may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time at our sole discretion.

03Eligibility

Participation is open to adults aged 18 or older. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into this agreement. The Toolkit is designed for small-business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals across any industry seeking to apply AI tools to their work. No prior technical or AI experience is required.

04Cost & Payment

The AI Jumpstart Toolkit is provided at no cost to eligible registrants. No credit card, payment information, or financial commitment is required to access the Toolkit. There are no hidden fees, subscriptions, or obligations created by registering.

05No Refund Applicable

Because the Toolkit is provided free of charge, no refund policy applies. No payment is collected and therefore no refunds are issued or owed.

06Access & Delivery

Upon successful opt-in, you will receive:

• An instant confirmation email with your access link
• Direct access to the Toolkit resource page
• Optional follow-up emails with related materials and offers

Access is granted indefinitely while the Toolkit remains available, subject to the continued operation of the Company. Materials may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time at our sole discretion.

07No Guarantees Disclaimer

Any estimates, projections, or potential results referenced on our sales pages, in our training, or in any Toolkit materials are for illustrative and educational purposes only. Individual results vary based on business type, industry, effort applied, prior experience, market conditions, and countless other factors outside of our control.

Testimonials and case studies represent the individual experiences of specific participants and are not typical or guaranteed results. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions, implementation, and outcomes.

08Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the Toolkit — including but not limited to prompts, frameworks, templates, written materials, and any accompanying resources — is the intellectual property of Twister Hub LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these materials for your personal business purposes. You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the materials with non-participants
• Use the materials to create a competing product, course, or challenge
• Publish Toolkit content publicly (blog, YouTube, social media, etc.) without written permission

09Privacy

We collect only the information required to deliver the Toolkit — name and email address. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unrelated third parties.

10SMS & Email Consent

By providing your email address, you consent to receive training, confirmation, and marketing emails from Twister Hub AI. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

If you optionally provide a phone number, you consent to receive transactional and promotional text messages (SMS) from Twister Hub AI related to the Toolkit and related offerings. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. SMS messages are sent only during the hours of 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM in your local time zone.

11Third-Party Tools

The Toolkit references the use of third-party AI tools and platforms, including but not limited to ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), and Gemini (Google). The prompts in the Toolkit are designed to work in any of these platforms; a free account on any one is sufficient. You are responsible for your own accounts, subscriptions, and compliance with the terms of service of those third-party platforms.

Twister Hub AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any of the third-party platforms referenced. Any mention of these platforms is for educational purposes only.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twister Hub LLC, its officers, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Toolkit, your use of the materials, or your business outcomes — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability under this agreement shall not exceed zero dollars ($0.00), reflecting the fact that the Toolkit was provided to you at no charge.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Twister Hub LLC, its officers, members, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your participation in the Toolkit; (b) your use of the materials; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

14Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered participants. Continued participation in the Toolkit after notice of modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We also reserve the right to modify the Toolkit content, delivery format, or platform in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and alternative delivery where possible.

15Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Toolkit shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Dakota, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the full Twister Hub AI Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Twister Hub LLC regarding the AI Jumpstart Toolkit. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
