01Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, purchasing access to, or participating in the AI Jumpstart 3-Day Challenge ("the Challenge"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or participate.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant," "you," or "your") and Twister Hub LLC, doing business as Twister Hub AI ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), a South Dakota limited liability company.

02Description of the Challenge

The AI Jumpstart 3-Day Challenge is a live online training program delivered via Zoom over three days. Specific dates and session times for your enrolled cohort are provided in your registration confirmation email and on your Thank You page.

The Challenge is organized around three core themes:

• Structure — building business systems and Standard Operating Procedures with AI
• Visibility — creating content and social presence with AI
• Better Thinking — using AI for strategic decision-making

The Challenge typically includes live instruction, guided implementation, downloadable prompts and materials, session replays accessible through the Resource Hub for 12 months, and access to a set of pre-built Twister Hub AI assistants released across the three sessions. Live Q&A is included as part of the program. The specific session lengths, the order in which assistants and topics are presented, and the exact delivery method for each asset (in-session, via email, or via the Resource Hub) may be adjusted at the Company's discretion to best serve participants.

The Twister Hub AI assistants are pre-built tools the Company provides for use during and after the Challenge; participants are taught how to feed in their own business context and use the assistants effectively. Custom AI assistant builds tuned exclusively to a single participant's business are a separate paid service offered by the Company and are not included in the Challenge.

03Eligibility

Participation is open to adults aged 18 or older. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into this agreement. The Challenge is designed for business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals seeking to apply AI tools to their work. No prior technical or AI experience is required.

An account on a third-party AI platform (such as ChatGPT) is generally required to access the Twister Hub AI assistants used in the Challenge. The current platform is ChatGPT, with a free account typically sufficient to participate. A paid subscription to that platform (paid separately to the platform provider) may provide a better experience — faster responses, higher usage limits, and access to newer models — but is not required and is not included in the Challenge price. The prompts and frameworks taught in the Challenge are designed to work across major AI assistants. The platform on which assistants are hosted may change at the Company's discretion.

04Cost & Payment

The Challenge is offered at a one-time fee of $297.00 USD. Payment is processed at the time of registration via our secure third-party payment processor. Your payment confirms your seat and unlocks immediate access to your Resource Hub and welcome materials.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, will be added at checkout. Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an automated receipt by email.

05No Refund Policy — All Sales Final

By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Resource Hub access, Twister Hub AI assistants, prompts, and welcome materials are available immediately upon purchase
• You have read the full description of the Challenge above and on the sales page
• You agree no refund will be issued under any circumstance, including missed live sessions, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with results
• Pre-purchase questions should be directed to [email protected] before enrolling

Our commitment in exchange: we invest in showing up FOR you — live Q&A as part of the program, 12 months of replay access, and ongoing post-Challenge support emails. Show up live, use the AI assistants on your real business during the sessions, and you'll walk away with working tools you can put to use right away.

06Access & Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• An automated confirmation email with your receipt and Resource Hub access link
• Access to the Resource Hub (your private post-purchase page) with prompts, materials, and session replays once available
• A Zoom link to join the live sessions
• Reminder emails leading up to and on the day of each live session
• Session replays posted to the Resource Hub as soon as available after each session, typically within a day or two

Access to the Resource Hub and replays is granted for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to the continued operation of the Company and the terms of this agreement. Access may be extended at the Company's discretion but is not guaranteed beyond the 12-month window.

Participant Conduct. The Challenge is a collaborative live environment, and we expect all participants to behave respectfully toward the Twister Hub team and fellow participants. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to mute, remove, or permanently ban any participant from any live session, the Resource Hub, the Zoom room, or any other Challenge surface for behavior the Company considers disruptive, abusive, harassing, hateful, off-topic, spam, self-promotional in a way that interferes with the program, or otherwise inconsistent with a productive learning environment. Removal or ban may occur with or without prior warning. No refund will be issued in the event of removal or ban, and access to the Resource Hub, replays, and Twister Hub AI assistants may also be revoked.

Recording & Use of Sessions. Live sessions are recorded for the purpose of providing replays to participants and for the Company's internal and promotional use. By attending a live session, participating in chat or Q&A, appearing on camera, or otherwise contributing to the session, you acknowledge that the session is being recorded and grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, reproduce, and distribute such recordings — including any of your statements, on-camera appearances, or chat messages — in replays, marketing materials, sales pages, social media, case studies, and other Company communications. If you do not wish to be recorded, please keep your camera and microphone off and refrain from posting in chat. You may also email [email protected] in advance to request that any specific identifiable contribution be removed from future use, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor such requests for content not yet published.

07No Guarantees Disclaimer

Any estimates, projections, or potential results referenced on our sales pages, in our training, or in any Challenge materials are for illustrative and educational purposes only. Individual results vary based on business type, industry, effort applied, prior experience, market conditions, and countless other factors outside of our control.

Testimonials and case studies represent the individual experiences of specific participants and are not typical or guaranteed results. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions, implementation, and outcomes.

08Intellectual Property

All content delivered during the Challenge — including but not limited to videos, slide decks, prompts, AI assistant configurations, frameworks, templates, written materials, and any accompanying resources — is the intellectual property of Twister Hub LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these materials for your personal business purposes. You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the materials with non-participants
• Record, screenshot, or screen-capture the live sessions for redistribution
• Use the materials to create a competing product, course, or challenge
• Publish Challenge content publicly (blog, YouTube, social media, etc.) without written permission

09Privacy

We collect only the information required to deliver the Challenge — name, email address, phone number (optional), and payment information (processed by our third-party payment processor, not stored by us directly). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unrelated third parties.

10SMS & Email Consent

By providing your phone number at checkout or opt-in, you consent to receive transactional and promotional text messages (SMS) from Twister Hub AI related to the Challenge and related offerings. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

By providing your email address, you consent to receive training, confirmation, and marketing emails from Twister Hub AI. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

SMS messages are sent only during the hours of 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM in your local time zone.

11Third-Party Tools

The Challenge requires or references the use of third-party tools and platforms, including but not limited to: Zoom (live session delivery), ChatGPT / OpenAI (host platform for the Twister Hub AI assistants), and our email and payment processors. You are responsible for your own accounts, subscriptions, and compliance with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you use.

Twister Hub AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by OpenAI, Zoom, or any other third-party platform referenced. Any mention of these platforms is for educational purposes only.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twister Hub LLC, its officers, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Challenge, your use of the materials, or your business outcomes — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Challenge.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Twister Hub LLC, its officers, members, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your participation in the Challenge; (b) your use of the materials; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

14Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes may be communicated via email to registered participants and/or by updating the "Last Updated" date and posting the revised Terms on our website. Continued participation in the Challenge after notice of modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We also reserve the right to modify the Challenge schedule, content, delivery format, or platform in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, illness, force majeure). In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and alternative delivery where possible.

15Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Challenge shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Dakota, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the full Twister Hub AI Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Twister Hub LLC regarding the AI Jumpstart 3-Day Challenge. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
